It has been clinically proven people who meditate are happier, healthier, smarter, and more productive than those who do not. Wouldn’t your business love to reduce the burdensome cost of healthcare and improve mental focus and clarity? Our meditation courses are custom tailored to meet your needs. We are happy to offer an Introduction to Meditation or an entire series.

Pamela Quinn or a Certified Elemental OM Holistic Coach would be thrilled to offer this four -week program to your staff. Most participants will lose 6 – 15 pounds in 28-days. More importantly, destructive habits that increase health care expenditures are addressed including smoking, alcohol, processed food, caffeine, and sugar. There are many ways to offer this transformative course including:

  • The Elemental Cleanse taught by Pamela Quinn
  • The Ecourse experience supported by a Holistic Coach
  • A Book Club supported by a Holistic Coach

We are also happy to offer Introductions to Ayurveda, Yoga, and Meditation to explore alternative modalities.

“I just wanted to follow-up with you to let you know how amazing today’s class truly was! I am so excited for Wednesday and most of our leadership is signed up for that one! I’ve already received so much positive feedback from everyone who attended today and personally, I felt deeply inspired by everything you said and can’t wait to incorporate the mantras and mindfulness into my own practice.”

Culture of Wellness

Today’s economy brings with it many challenges for small and large businesses. A big challenge for corporations is the current situation of healthcare in America.

Health care costs continue to sore and corporations are seeking alternative programs to reduce these costs and to create a healthier and happier workforce.

  • Poor employee health impedes profitability.
  • Absenteeism and poor performance due to ill health are more costly to employers than medical and pharmacy claims combined.
  • Premiums paid by employees have increased 128% since 1999 as employers shift their burdens to employees

Depression takes a huge toll on corporate profitability and is one of the hardest situations to address and shift.  Yoga, meditation, and other alternative modalities are the tool that is missing from the corporate health plan.

Signs of Depression in the workplace:

  • Decreased Productivity
  • Absenteeism
  • Morale Problems
  • Constant Fatigue
  • Lack of Cooperation
  • Inability to Concentrate
  • Complaints of Aches & Pains
  • Safety Risks
  • Accidents
  • Alcohol or Drug Abuse

Elemental OM has the ability to address these situations using a wide range of alternative therapies that work in concert to facilitate health and wellness on a mental, emotional, and physical level.

The body is addressed through movement and nutrition. The mind is addressed through right choice making, meditation, mindfulness, and nutrition.  The emotions are addressed through the same. Let us help you create a vibrant work force.

Before I was a Yogi, an Entrepreneur, and a Holistic Coach, I was a CPA. I spent a good bulk of my career in public accounting auditing employee benefit plans. The numbers were always shocking to me. Simply taking a “bottom line” approach, I was always impressed that corporations would give so much to retain and reward their employees.

I really felt for these companies. The companies that I had the privilege to spend time in really did care about their employees. They wanted them to be healthy and happy. It’s not just about the bottom line; it’s about taking care of a wider family. The employees, in turn, wanted to do a good job. They took pride in their work. They thought of their employers as family.

My experience observing the dynamics between employee and company is that it is a symbiotic relationship that works the best when both parties are committed to taking care of each other.
