It is clinically proven people who meditate are happier, healthier, smarter, and appear 5 to 10 years younger than their chronological age. So why don’t more folks do it? Well, it’s hard to do. Join Pamela Quinn for a 3 week immersive experience to establish you in meditation yogi style. You will address not just the practice of sitting in one spot, but also the lifestyle necessary to support the meditative mind.
This workshop includes nutritional education from a yogic perspective, a personalized experience based in Ayurveda, and the support of Pamela who has worked with thousands of individuals. It’s a fun and fantastic experience and folks are always sad when the course ends. You will make friends with others and with your own mind.

Our ability to see ourselves and how we behave is key to harmonizing the difference between our inner conversation and our outer conversation, and then learning how to love and be loved.
Through movement of our body during asana we are led in the practice of attention – one that is needed – so we can listen to it and nourish it.
Soft movement, awareness and attention leads us into finding the path to that quiet space that resides in your heart where intentions can be set.
Setting Intentions is an important part of our practice, but also gives our life a North, a purpose a way to find the path we are meant to live.
After ATTENTION, INTENTION SETTING , & gentle asana practice we will sit down and go through a guided meditation focused on your heart, to let go what no longer serves us, and make space for what it needs the most. LOVE.
How you offer yourself in your practice mirrors how you are offering yourself in life.
Led by Laura Granado RYT 200 , YACEP.
Please call Pamela at 513.315.5042 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org so she can meet you for tea or lunch and talk about the experience beginning in August of 2017.
