Today is my birthday.  I’ve turned 49 at 5:37 this morning.  I didn’t wake up for it which I usually do.  It’s been one hell of a year with many highs and many lows…  I’ll just leave it at that for now.  Actually I won’t.  Menopause sucks.  Blending a family is hard if not impossible.  Losing a dog hurts eternally.  Loving another human is beautiful.  Feeling lost is a precious gift.

I’m including below the process I use in my consultations with others and the process I go through each year on my birthday.  The only thing clear to me at this point is my strategy for the studios and the fact I’d really like to go to the beach and hang out for a week.  Sometimes it’s good to not know…to be confused…to not understand where the divine is taking you.

Here you go…Happy Birthday.
