The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success includes a practice for manifesting your heart’s desires.  Lots of yogis embrace a simple lifestyle shunning material wealth and personal gain.  That’s great to do, but realize that there is a path through yoga that includes accumulation of material wealth in order to realize your dharma or life’s purpose.  At the end of it all, you realize “moksha” or liberation and you can give it all away.

Until you hit that point, however, you are going to need stuff including money to gain an education and find meaningful employment, at the least.  Below is the practice for Thursdays.  I’m also including a Kundalini meditation I love for prosperity.

Plan to do this practice 31 minutes each day for 40 days.  If you miss a day, you have to start over.  It’s worth it.  It clears all the blocks in your way including your karmic baggage.

Meditation for Prospertity

Also below for you to download is a worksheet I use when I’m teaching the Elemental Cleanse.  It’s a great way to find your pain point.   You will notice on the pdf at the bottom what I call “stop checks.”  It’s because of these, that this methodology works so well to allow you to manifest what is right in your heart.

Intentions handout

Practice this law from “The Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga” on Thursday.

Mantra in Sanskrit   Om Ritam Namah
Mantra in English   My intentions and desires are aligned with Cosmic Law

The law of Intention and Desire is based in modern physics and recognizes that at a quantum level there is nothing other than energy and information.  If you accept that you are one with the cosmic body, then you can change your own body and life with attention and intention.  Incorporate this law on and off your mat daily:

Whatever you want to grow in your life, place your attention on.  Whatever you want to diminish, turn your attention away.

Make a list of your intentions and desires.  Be clear.

Surrender to outcome.  Send your intentions and desires to the universe and let go any expectation of outcome.

  Practice present moment awareness.
